MOST COMMON

Compliance Offset / Value Recovery Credit

Best when you need defensible documentation and a structure that prevents disputes.

Use this when:

Asset condition is mixed (real-world fleets)
Compliance teams and procurement need a clear closeout packet
You want value recovery to offset service scope without turning the project into a bid war

What you can expect:

Defined scope for handling, audit, sanitization, and recycling
Value recovery credit applied from remarketable assets
Right-sized reporting: basic reconciliation to serialized outcomes (as required)
Clean closeout documentation that stakeholders can defend

Partnership Share

A proceeds-share model offered selectively for large, high-value projects.

Use this when:

The project is large enough for a structured closeout window
Your stakeholders want a shared-upside arrangement tied to documented outcomes

Clear definition of proceeds and settlement approach
