Who We Are

arcITAD is the IT asset disposition division of Go Roostr LLC. The team brings deep resale, testing, data handling and operations experience into a structured ITAD model for schools, enterprises, healthcare organizations and public-sector teams.

arcITAD is a division of Go Roostr LLC. The R2v3 and ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 certifications below are held by Go Roostr LLC and apply to its certified facility and scope as listed on the current certificates — arcITAD is not separately certified.

Data Handling Philosophy

Our data workflow is built around device type, media type and client risk level. Supported assets are sanitized using documented, third-party data-sanitization tools where applicable. Assets that cannot be logically sanitized are routed through documented exception handling and destruction/recycling pathways. Sanitization is NIST SP 800-88-aligned. Reporting depth is right-sized to your requirements.
