arcITAD can scope most organizational IT assets, from resaleable laptops and tablets to mixed end-of-life equipment requiring special handling.

Accepted Categories

Chromebooks

Desktops and all-in-ones

iPads and tablets

iPhones and smartphones

Servers

Storage arrays

Networking gear

Hard drives, SSDs, NVMe and removable media

Monitors and displays (as scoped)

Printers/copiers (as scoped)

POS and specialty business electronics (as scoped)

Peripherals, cables and accessories (as scoped)

Special Handling Categories

Some items require additional handling or processing steps. We confirm scope and requirements during the assessment so the project closes out cleanly.

CRTs

Batteries and swollen-battery devices

Printers/copiers

Medical or lab equipment

Equipment with unknown storage media

Damaged/leaking/unsafe items

Large volumes of monitors or mixed e-waste

How Value Works

Positive-value assets

may receive a buyout or value recovery credit.

Low-value assets

may process at no net cost when mixed with stronger value assets.

Negative-value assets

may require paid recycling, labor, logistics or special handling fees.
