Logistics Plan

We plan the most practical path based on size and location:

• Smaller lots: managed shipping
• Larger projects: scheduled pickup by request

We prioritize regional execution and support nationwide projects case-by-case.

Receive & Reconcile

Upon receipt, assets are reconciled to confirm counts and exceptions. Reconciliation depth is right-sized to your requirements (basic counts to serialized outcomes).

Data Sanitization

Media sanitization is performed using Blancco and/or Phonecheck and documented with verified certificates of erasure. Sanitization is NIST SP 800-88 compliant. Tools may vary by asset type and program requirements.

Disposition & Value Recovery

Assets are dispositioned based on condition and scope: reuse/remarket where appropriate and responsible recycling for end-of-life equipment. Where applicable, value recovery is applied as a credit (Compliance Offset model) or included in the settlement (Buyout/Partnership Share).

Closeout Packet

You receive a closeout package tailored to your requirements, which may include:

• Sanitization certificates
• Disposition outcomes
• Downstream documentation
