Timing depends on fleet size, logistics and reporting scope. After we review your inventory we confirm a schedule for pickup or shipping, audit and grading, and settlement. Larger or multi-site projects are sequenced across the engagement.
Devices with active account locks, MDM enrollment, activation lock or similar restrictions have limited or no recoverable value until they are released. Flag any locked devices up front so we can account for them accurately in the scope.
An initial offer is based on the information you provide. Final values are confirmed after received assets are audited, tested and graded. If graded condition, function or quantity differs from what was described, values are adjusted against the actual results.
