arcITAD supports defensible IT asset disposition through certified management systems, documented processes, data sanitization workflows and closeout reporting.

arcITAD, a division of Go Roostr LLC, operates under Go Roostr LLC's R2v3 and ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 certified management system.

Data Sanitization Standards

arcITAD uses NIST SP 800-88-aligned data sanitization where applicable. Supported assets are sanitized using third-party tools and documented workflows based on device type, media type and project scope. Assets that cannot be logically sanitized are routed through documented exception handling and destruction or recycling pathways.

Note: NIST SP 800-88 is a technical standard, not a certification program. arcITAD aligns its sanitization approach to NIST guidelines — this is not a NIST certification.

Certificate of destruction where scoped
