The Challenge

The district had multiple asset groups reaching end-of-life at the same time. Some equipment had resale value, while a large Chromebook volume required secure processing and responsible retirement. The district needed one clean path instead of separate buyer, recycler and reporting workflows.

Our Approach

Scope the asset groups together. Separate value-recovery assets from retirement assets. Apply value recovery credit to offset Chromebook processing and recycling costs. Process assets through documented intake and sanitization workflows. Provide a clean closeout summary.
